Welcome to our website. Most of our documents are in PDF format, thus require the latest Acrobat Reader (http://get.adobe.com/reader/).
Remember, all our pulls are open to the public and there are no admission or parking fees for spectators or participants. Hook fees for pullers are $10.00/hook for members and $13.00/hook for non-members. Two hooks per tractor.
If the pull gets rained out, that is it for the season as no other dates are available before the deadline to have awards plaques made. We are aware of the scattered shower forecast, and we will do everything we can to get this pull ran to completion.
This will be the last update on this site today, as I have to go work the track. Call the Horne's cancellation number on the pull schedule or check the facebook page for more up-to-date information.
We would like to thank all the volunteers who helped with the Washington County Fair's Antique and Farm Stock Tractor Pulls plus all that helped with the hay wagon shuttles during the whole week of the fair. The money raised by these events has paid for the new windows in the announcer's tower plus got the club some extra funds. Thanks Again!
All attendees to our tractor pulls need to enter the gate shown below. There is a orange sign with a tractor on it attach to the fence near this gate. When you get ready to cross the race track, STOP and look for horses running the track. The horses have the right of way! Note that if you see a horse running counter-clockwise on the race track, that horse is probably at race speed and is going fast. Horses going clockwise on the race track are being jogged at a slower pace. Also note that driving along the track is prohibited.
club now has a Facebook page. To find our Facebook page, do a search on
“Washington & Greene County Antique Tractor Association”.
This is a great forum for everyone to share pictures, talk about the pulls and get updates for the upcoming events.
